COMPASSION IN SAN GABRIEL VALLEY

Compassion in SGV is an all-volunteer organization created to support and protect our San Gabriel Valley, CA communities. You can request a chaperone below or become a volunteer to help keep our fellow community members safe.

ASIAN DEFENSE FUND

Asian Defense Fund is a volunteer-based mutual aid group in California empowering our community members with tools, resources, and knowledge for personal self defense. This is a grassroots project that was made in direct response to the huge uptick of violence, hate crimes, and racism against Asian Americans since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

COMPASSION IN OAKLAND

We strive to provide the Oakland Chinatown Community with a resource for promoting safety and community. Compassion in Oakland offers free chaperones upon request.

CHINATOWN VOLUNTEER COALITION

We support the Chinatown community through our volunteer activities and safety patrols.

NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY COMPANIONS

We patrol and serve as good witnesses and a deterrent to street crime in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
