Father asks if he’s wrong for wanting his Korean American adopted daughter to be more “traditionally feminine”

In a Reddit post originally posted to /r/TwoHotTakes and now reposted to r/redditonwiki, a father asks, “AITA for wanting my adopted daughter to be more traditionally feminine?”

AITA is an acronym for “am I the asshole?”

In the post, the father says his adopted daughter is 12-years-old and ethnically Korean. He describes her as looking “gentle and feminine and very much doll-like.” He goes on to say that beyond her looks, she “is trying too hard to be a boy.”
