CoCo Lee, Asian American singer, songwriter, and actress has passed away at the age of 48
Along with the success of her own studio albums, CoCo famously sang “A Love Before Time,” for the movie ‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.’ The song was nominated for Best Original Song at the Oscars and she became the first Chinese American to perform at the awards. CoCo was also recruited by Disney to sing “Reflections” and be the voice of Fa Mulan for the Mandarin version of ‘Mulan.’
